The Post Graduate Diploma option is offered in two modes, two years part time or one year full time. The study programme is not fixed in any particular form but, rather, negotiated between the applicant and the department to suit individual need. It is often used as a bridge between BA and MA study and can, if space allows, incorporate elements of the BA programme base.

Students on the PG Dip Sculpture programme (in both part time and full time study modes) work in sculpture studio spaces and receive tutorial support from teaching staff within the sculpture department. They have full access to the technical facilities, and the School's other resource areas such as the computer and print rooms.
