Dr Paolo Plotegher is interested in making use of art and theory in collective practices of social solidarity and micropolitical transformation. He experiments with those practices mainly in London, in the neighbourhood where he lives, with the New Cross Commoners and at The Field. He writes primarily for the collectives he is part of. He collaborates with other socio-politically engaged artists and theorists, like Brave New Alps and the Nanopolitics Group. He teaches at Goldsmiths and for us at City & Guilds of London Art School.
