Stone Conservation


1990 Graduated from City and Guilds of London Art School.
1990-1992: Worked in stone, wall paintings and mosaic section of the Conservation Department at The British Museum.
1992-1993: Worked on large scale restoration of C18th stucco ceilings at Uppark, National Trust.
1993-current day: Self employed running workshop in SW London. Conservation work includes contemporary and historic objects in stone, plaster and terracotta. Also includes site projects conserving wall paintings, architectural stonework and monuments.
2006-current day: Senior conservator in the sculpture studio at Victoria and Albert Museum (part-time).
