My mission is to create work that tells stories. Old, recycled objects and materials are regularly used to complicate the collective history of a work. Furthermore by reworking objects, their story has been taken in an unseen direction, bringing intrigue to even simple things. In my stories people of unusual, even bizarre character always play centre stage; depicted in prints and drawings, accentuated by personality-tailored garments or somehow observed by the sculpture-like arrangements left behind them.
