We are a distinctive specialist Art School based in Kennington, London. We are committed to developing and widening the reach of our offer in the context of a changing world and are seeking a Head of Foundation (0.5FTE): to be responsible for the overall coordination, delivery and leadership of the Art School’s Foundation Diploma Course in Art and Design.
We are also seeking a new Head of BA (Hons) Fine Art and Illustration (0.6 FTE): to provide academic leadership of these subjects at BA and Graduate Diploma level, including responsibility for planning and administration of teaching and assessment, curriculum development, quality assurance and student recruitment.
Ideal candidates will have significant experience of teaching and learning within higher education and be aware of recent developments in this context. They will have a track record in leading strategic curricular development and course leadership at the respective levels and be effective in the building of relationships at all levels including external partners and stakeholders, and will fully engage with the Art School’s ethos and mission.
