The City and Guilds of London Art School is a vibrant ‘not for profit’ higher education provider that prides itself on its sense of community.  We are now seeking a Receptionist to work 30 hours per week (spread over 3 days) during term-time (36 weeks of the year). Additional hours will be available on an occasional basis and by mutual agreement. As the first point of contact for our students, staff and visitors you will need to be a ‘people person’ with some experience of customer service. You will also need to be able to show you are well organised and at home with IT as the Art School’s Reception is responsible for running its art materials shop and a number of other administrative tasks.

Salary:  £13, 590 for 36 weeks with 5 weeks paid holiday.
