CGLAS alumni can now apply for a temporary guest pass to access the Art School Library and consult its collections for reference purposes.
Library access is available by appointment only and is subject to capacity and the Library’s general rules.
How to apply
Please complete the CGLAS Alumni Library Guest Pass Application at least 48 hours before your intended visit.

Please note that Library capacity is limited, and access may be restricted during particularly busy periods of term.
During your visit
Alumni guests are required to abide by the Library’s general rules, the IT Systems Acceptable Use Policy, and relevant copyright regulations. These requirements will be provided in writing on arrival.
Wi-Fi
Wi-Fi is available for use on your own laptop or device. Computers are not available for guest use.
Printing, photocopying and scanning
- Photocopy cards can be purchased from the Library desk.
- Printing is not available to guests.
Before you visit
Please make sure you have submitted the guest pass application at least 48 hours in advance and received confirmation of your appointment before coming to the Library.
