  1. Please complete and submit one short course booking form (below) per person. You can book one or two courses on each booking form.*
  2. When we receive your booking form, we will check if there is still space on the course(s), and if there is, we will email you and ask you to transfer full payment to our bank account. We will send you our account details, and a reference which you must include with your payment.
  3. All payments must be in pounds sterling (GBP), and all costs of the bank transfer must be borne by you. If you are paying us from overseas, please check first what the bank charges are and add these to your payment.
  4. We need to receive full payment within 5 days of the date of our email. Your booking is not confirmed until we receive full payment, and we have emailed you to say that your place is confirmed.
  5. Once your place is confirmed, we will send you instructions for joining the course.
  6. Please note that changes and cancellations often incur a penalty charge, which can be up to 100% of the cost of the course. Please make sure you are clear about our terms and conditions before you book.

* When you successfully submit a booking, you receive both a pop-up message and an email. The email sometimes goes into Junk mail folders. If neither comes through, please review your booking form and action any messages in red.
