Art School Fine Art tutor and alumni in New Contemporaries

Have you visited the Bloomberg New Contemporaries exhibition yet?

We are proud to report that this year it is being hosted at Block 336, the artist run space managed by one of our Fine Art Tutors,  Jane Hayes Greenwood. ” This year’s exhibition is dynamic and engaged including a range of works that explore the political, personal and material concerns of the artists in the show.”

We are also delighted that two Art School alumni, 2016 graduates, Amanda Mostrom (BA Hons Fine Art) and Tom Platt (MA Fine Art) are exhibiting.

Amanda and Tom are among 47 artists from around the country selected by judges George Shaw, Caroline Achaintre and Elizabeth Price. Running since 1949, this is one of the most prestigious and competitive awards for emerging artists in the UK.

The exhibition is running until 3 March 2018.
