Terms and Conditions
The current holdings consist of 5,500 volumes, 750 artists’ films and cinema titles, 1400 slides and 30 art and conservation journal subscriptions. Specialist subject areas include our object based conservation collection.
The Lecture Theatre is used by all Departments in the school
The Engraving Room at City & Guilds of London Art School was established in the late 19th century. Today, it is still in its original location and offers a facility for printmaking open to all of the School’s students and
The Wood Workshop is available to all students in the school.
The Metal Workshop is available to all students in the school.
The School has a well equipped Glass Workshop with facilities for glass fusing, slumping, painting, sandblasting and also stained glass production.
The school has a fully equipped computer studio using both Apple Mac and Windows systems
Kilns are available for students interested in working in ceramics
We have workshops dedicated to the processes involved in casting
Foundation students are free to use all the school's resources and, in addition to this, there are two dedicated workshops in the Foundation studios.
We maintain a small darkroom for traditional black and white analogue photography
